SI Audit — Specialist Installer Certification

This unique certification program for installers tests your skills and knowledge you need to deliver top-notch work. We set high standards for our Specialist Installers (SI) which allows you, as an installer of self adhesive films, to stand out from the competition by providing a level of quality and be part of the Avery Dennison Specialist Installer team network.

• Prerequisite: We recommend the course Wrapping I — Essentials to prepare for the certification, as well as a solid and confident experience in application of self-adhesive films.
• Materials used: Avery Dennison 900 film, printed MPI1104/MPI1105/DOL1460
• Please bring your own tools you normally use in your work
• Including lunch and refreshments
• Duration: 1 day

Depending on your scores for different elements in the practical exam, you can become a Specialist Installer Level 1 or Level 2 and receive an official Specialist Installer (SI) Certificate:

Level 1 Specialist Installer
A skilled installer who knows (and demonstrates!) everything from preparation & cleaning and basic application techniques up to application on more difficult, two dimensionally shaped substrates. This level confirms that you are definitely able to finish successfully most of the work you encounter.

Level 2 Specialist Installer
You can handle basic techniques for difficult curves, and can also apply to the most challenging 3D surfaces. A Level 2 Specialist Installer can skillfully conform the right film to the most difficult substrate, stretching and wrapping it in, over and around every thinkable curve. And you can ensure that it remains in great shape!
